I am pleased that the disruption to bus services in North Wales is no longer under threat. There was suggestions in the press that the drivers were not happy with the offer made and that they would vote to resume the strike - but this has clearly not happened. Drivers certainly earn their pay and I trust that the agreed settlement figure is actually a satisfactory outcome and that relations between the workforce and management can now begin to improve. At least the fact that disruption is at an end will give better security for the bus services of the the area.
