Rural services around Ruthin to become fflecsi - demand responsive.

 Denbighshire County Council have notified the Traffic Commissioners that their rural service around Ruthin serving places such as Derwen - Clawddnewydd - Clocaenog - Cyffylliog - Bryneglwys - Llanelidan - Graigfechan - and the town of Ruthin will become 'fflecsi' - a demand responsive service. 

 Like the rural services that currently serve areas around Denbigh, Henllan, Llanrwst and Prestatyn fflecsi buses pick up and drop passengers off in a designated service area and not just at a bus stop. Passengers book their ride via a mobile phone app or by making a telephone call then a bus picks up at the requested location changing its route to the destination so that all passengers can get to where they need to go.

The new service will be called  fflecsi 33.  It will start on 14th March 2022 and will operate Monday to Fridays between 09.10am and 14.00pm
