In December 2022 I reported that the company had purchased two Optare Solos SR M890 YJ64DXR and YJ64DXO which were previously with Scarlet Band and operated the Park and Ride in Durham.
Whilst YJ64DXR arrived and has been given the TrawsCymru livery and has served satisfactory on the T8 Corwen to Chester service - sister YJ64DXO did not arrive in Trefnant until last week. It now has a new engine but still requires significant work before it can enter service. It is also due to receive the TrawsCymru livery and this may occur before it finally enters service.
